What types of coffee solutions do you offer for hotels?
We provide comprehensive hospitality beverage solutions across guest rooms, all-day dining, breakfast buffets, executive lounges, lobby cafés, banquet spaces and more. Our offerings include capsule systems, fully automatic coffee machines, instant beverages, tea solutions and powder mixes tailored to your property’s requirements.
What coffee formats do you offer for guest rooms?
We offer capsule coffee, instant sachets and stick-pack formats for in-room amenities. Custom blends and private-label packaging are also available for hotels looking to create a signature guest experience.
Can we customise the coffee experience with our hotel branding or signature blend? Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Yes. We offer private-label packaging and custom blend development for hotels looking to create a coffee experience unique to their property and brand identity. Minimum order quantities may apply depending on the level of customisation required.
How many cups can your machines serve during peak breakfast service?
Our fully automatic machines are designed for high-volume hospitality operations and can serve 100+ cups per hour, making them ideal for breakfast buffets, lobby lounges and executive floors.
Do staff require barista training to operate the machines?
No. Our fully automatic systems are designed for ease of use and operational consistency. Staff onboarding and basic operational training are provided as part of every installation to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Do you provide beverage options beyond coffee?
Yes. In addition to coffee, we offer tea, chocolate, matcha, teh tarik and other powder-based beverage solutions — allowing hotels to consolidate multiple beverage needs under one supplier.
Support & Maintenance
What happens if a machine breaks down during operations?
We provide same-day technical support through our Singapore-based service team with large pool of spare part reserves maintained for quick machine replacements where required, helping to minimise operational and guest disruption.
Who handles machine servicing and maintenance?
Daily cleaning can be easily performed by your existing F&B team using our recommended cleaning products. Preventive maintenance and periodic servicing are handled by our technical team as part of our support programme.
Commercial & Sustainability
How does the free-on-loan programme work?
Under our free-on-loan programme, machines are provided with no upfront capital investment. Hotels simply commit to beverage consumption volumes while servicing and maintenance are included throughout the agreement period.
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our solutions are scalable based on your operational requirements — whether for boutique properties or large hotel chains. Certain customised solutions such as private-label packaging may require minimum order quantities.
Are your coffee beans sustainably sourced?
Yes. We offer a wide range of blends including RFA-certified beans roasted at the region’s first solar-powered roastery. Kaffa Kaldi is also an EcoVadis Bronze Award recipient, supporting hotels with their sustainability initiatives.
Can we request a tasting session or trial before commitment?
Absolutely. We encourage tasting sessions and product trials so your team can evaluate blend profiles, beverage formats and machine suitability before implementation.
