What’s included in the monthly plan?
Everything. The machine, beans or capsules, scheduled delivery, and all preventive maintenance and servicing are bundled into one transparent monthly fee. There are no hidden costs.
How much does it cost?
Plans start from as low as SGD 2.50 per employee per month, depending on your office size, machine type, and coffee preferences. Contact us for a tailored quote.
What’s the difference between capsule and bean-to-cup?
Capsule systems are compact, clean, and ideal for smaller offices or meeting rooms. Bean-to-cup machines grind fresh beans on demand and are best for larger pantries where employees want barista-quality lattes, cappuccinos, and long blacks. We can help you choose — or combine both.
How many employees do you need to get started?
There’s no minimum. We serve offices as small as 10 people and as large as 500+. The plan and machine recommendation simply scales to your headcount.
Who handles restocking and maintenance?
We do. Beans and capsules are delivered on a scheduled basis so you never run out. All servicing and maintenance is included in your plan — and if something needs urgent attention, our Singapore-based technicians respond the same day.
What warranty is included?
Every machine comes with a 5-year parts and 5-year labour warranty, regardless of whether you’re on a rental, lease, or purchase plan.
